1 people found this helpful. Our 2013 Ford Edge has the Microsoft Sync system and independent driver/passenger climate control. To fix ours, the auto had to be STARTED with the climate control OFF. Then press the driver's side climate control button and the A/C.

You have to remove the infotainment system/hvac controls to get to it. Took me about 3hrs but some claim they can do it in 1hr. the other blend door on the driver side requires removing the entire dash which im told is +8hrs of labor at a cost of $1,000 or so. It seems this is a common item with f150s of this era.
