Use seppuku if you really want bleed buildup. -put a lot of that dex into arcane, and switch to the Rivers of Blood. RoB and Nagakiba are both great. Nagakiba has crazy length though. At 50 arcane nagakiba with the seppuku buff gets over 107 bleed buildup, and Rivers of Blood gets only 73.
