The issue was with an out of spec trigger/trigger bar. My friend had some extra parts for me to try along with a complete trigger assembly. After swapping all trigger related parts, trial and error, the P80 dry fries with a different trigger/trigger bar assembly installed. After building one of the P80 Bridge Frames after building a couple other brands as well as previous versions of P80's and a couple AR-15's. I can honestly say Polymer 80 has lost me as a customer. These new bridge frames are junk, not to mention you have a hard time finding the right jig.The PF9SS will work with the g48 slide and the SC will work with the g33 slide and all of the compact slides will fit in and work with the same caliber subcompact frames also. Just built a Polymer 80 G19 for the shits and giggles since one came up for sale cheap locally, and for some reason when assembled nearly every single round fails to feed, and the ones that do actually feed, typically stovepipe. It does not run at all with the polymer 80 lower.Aftermarket slides will have different tolerances than factory, this creates the spacing between the striker sear and the trigger bar, it isn't uncommon to see this type of fitment issue. Try a different trigger bar and see if it is better or bend the sear up on your trigger bar ever so slightly.
